I started this little adventure when I was working for a clothing boutique and would steal the work camera on the weekends to do photography hehe but then I got caught and had to purchase my own.

I always said I would never shoot weddings. It seemed like something I just would never have the skills to do. After being asked a ton I eventually decided to just say yes and try it. Here we are now about 4 years in and shooting on average 40 weddings per year. I'm so happy and SO thankful for what I get to do for work :)

SO, WHY WEDDINGS?
I think all a bride wants is a vendor who is just as excited for their wedding as they are. For some gals wedding planning can feel lonely and I want to be that person who will GLADLY talk all day with you about your florals, your dress, the way the ceremony site will be setup, or what color the bridesmaids are wearing.

My mission on a wedding day is to be as efficient as I can be with photos so that it DOESN'T feel like one big photoshoot. I want my clients to have so much fun on their wedding day talking to their guests, drinking espresso martinis, and dancing all night. I don't EVER want them to look back and feel like all they did was take photos.

The happiness I feel when brides tell me at the end of the night "Today was the best day ever and we are so thankful we had you here to capture it." I do not take this job lightly and I am VERY lucky to be chosen by all of my couples.
